• Responsible for planning, supervising and control the overall operations of Settlement function to be effective and efficient.
• To lead a team of Settlement staff to be competent and reliable in order to achieve the Bank's vision and mission.
• Plans direct and control the activities of Treasury Settlement operations to ensure effective coordination and optimum performance.
• Initiates and adopts improvements in policies, procedures, guidelines and standards to ensure the accuracy of prudent practice in Treasury Settlement.
• Monitors internal controls to ensure their adequacy so that corrective action can be taken when necessary at the earliest possible time.
• Reports and is directly responsible to the Head of Operations for performance of his duties and responsibilities and those of his subordinates.
• Develop operative controls and guidelines for implementation of any new or structured products if required.
• Exercises management and supervisory responsibilities over all personnel in the Treasury Settlement Department.

• Degree educated with at least 5 years experience in relevant area.
• Good people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
